Hypolates9 is the programme for pregnancy
This is how you are going to keep fit and healthy from the beginning to the end of your pregnancy.
I have ample experience with pregnant women and what to do every step of the way.
Went to start?
As long as you feel well and you are healthy you can start any time but I always ask for you to have the green light from your doctor .
Day to day
Every day is different especially when you have life inside you; life that moves, turns and kicks at any given time.
For the ones that have never been fit or that they did not practise any physical activity before getting pregnant, this is not the time to go crazy, wanting impossible goals and body changes; rather to keep you safe, strengthening and stimulating other areas of the body that, not only will help you with the growing weight in your womb but also during labor.
My mission:
To improve your posture and get you fitter, healthier and stronger so everything will be much easier during your pregnancy period and recovery time.
There will be many changes from practically not noticing your belly growing and being able to do practically a normal life to all of a sudden having back pain, swollen ankles, being hungry at awkward times and having difficult digestions at the end of the pregnancy because the womb is squashing your stomach.
Some women go through pregnancy without even blinking and some have more complicated tougher period. I am here to help you either way.
Personally I think it is a magical period, something that won't repeat that easily, so you better embrace it and enjoy it. This is the time to pamper yourself to get super-healthy for you and your baby, to care and treat your body as it deserves because it is the the house and shelter of your baby.
C-section or natural?
Both have pros and cons. This is a very personal choice and decision to take.
I am not pro one or the other. I only know what is best to do in each case to recover your body.
After birth when to start my recovery with HPF?
The recommended waiting period is 10 to 12 weeks.
Please take good note of this as in rushing back to it won't add much value to your recovery and it can be dangerous.
After those weeks, if they are not any other underlying issues, you are good to start with Hypolates PF.
