What is Hypolates?
This Method is based on the Bio-tensegrity of the body. Bio... whaaat? In a nutshell, this is the relationship between bones and muscles, tension and compression and how to apply those correctly to move and train better. By increasing the tension, I reduce the compression in very delicate areas like the pelvic and stomach cavities. These are always under pressure, which is not ideal. With this in mind, I have developed a fitness-programme to sculpt and strengthen the body from the true core. I have put all my experience and knowledge of Ballet Training, Pilates, Gyrotonic, Crossfit and Chi-Gong.
